Dr Jeff Wilks, Managing Director
Jeff is a qualified psychologist and lawyer with 20 years experience working in tourism safety. He is a consultant to the United Nations World Tourism Organization and has run risk management programs for tourism in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Dr Donna Pendergast, Director
Donna is an education specialist. She is currently Associate Professor and Head of the School of Education and Professional Studies at Griffith University, Gold Coast, Australia. She has extensive experience in educational design, evaluation and training in hospitality, particularly in relation to food safety.
Rob Davis, Principal Associate
Rob is a Barrister-at-Law and business advisor with more than 20 years experience in litigation. He has acted in high profile tourism cases and has particular expertise in risk management related to tourism operations.
James McIntosh, Principal Associate
James is a leading United Kingdom home economist, specialising in food. His London-based company Whisk provides food training and demonstration services for international businesses such as Aga, Le Creuset, Tefal and British Airways.
Professor Peter Leggat, Travel Medicine Expert
Peter is internationally recognised as an expert in travel medicine and occupational health and safety. He is currently Professor and Head of the School of Public Health, Tropical Medicine and Rehabilitation Sciences at James Cook University, Australia.
